There are several people I really want to thank because even though my name is prominently displayed on portfolio there have been a few forces behind the scenes helping me with this feat.  My wife Bec, who has supported me through thick and thin, Kerry Lyons, who introduced me the wonderful world of horses’, and Mary Pinkerton, who has opened the door to Rodeos through her numerous contacts.

Updating will be happening, so keep checking back, and let me know if you’re at a Rodeo or horse event, who knows I might show up.

My main focus usually lies on my life with my family and friends at the ranch or Rodeo/horse events. There is another part of me that strives to achieve more with my photography, be creative and not be confined to the realms of daily life.  My “hobby” has provided me with a gateway to a world fit just for me.  As I live the cowboy life through the lens of my camera.  I realize that the goals I set for my photography can only be achieved by having the courage to take the necessary next steps.

This year I set out a few goals and one of them was to get my photography portfolio out. The photos began to grow into a larger picture in my life as a few clients planted the seed in my head.  At first it was difficult for me to relate to the idea and take the first initial step:  But, here is the start to combining two things I enjoy very much, Horses’ and photography.

It was within the last year that I actually really got confident enough to consider myself as a photographer, as in, a photographer good enough to have his own portfolio.

You can now access the portfolio very easily from this website under “Gallery”.

About

It’s been a long process, I have to admit, but here it is. I see it but I do not believe it’s finally started.
